You have the right to return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be unused, complete and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.
When returning or exchanging products you will have to pay all shipping costs. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Please make sure all returned products are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Otherwise we will not accept the return.
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional du- ties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded.
How to return a product:
