Shipping and delivery time
Tian Tang Design offers deliveries worldwide. Delivery time varies on product and destination but we ship within 5 workingdays from order.
If your order takes longer than normal we will contact you.
Prices
Prices are including 25% VAT. For orders that are to be delivered
outside the European Union the final price will be 20% lower.
Upon arrival however, the goods might be subject to local taxes or
customs fees. For more details regarding local taxes, please
contact your country's customs department.
Payment
Payment can be made with all Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
In case of returns and exchanges please contact us at
hi@tiantang.se to recieve a return address. The return shipping
cost is paid by the customer, but if a product has a production defect, the shipping cost will be refunded as well. In case of buying a free shipping product, when return, a 30 euros shipping cost will be deducted from the unit price.
